Association of Hungarian Pedagogues of Vojvodina was established in 1993 to encourage the Hungarian-language education and development. The main activities of the VMPE:
•organize teacher training courses in Vojvodina
•care program for the Diaspora – outside school hours (native language)
•talent management: GENIUS talent movement , folk music competition, folk dance and folk toys competition, History quiz, School Theatre Festival, physics and chemistry competition, several camps for children
•Education Center in Novi Sad and Zrenjanin - computer courses, educational psychologists work with children with learning disabilities, ecology, native language retention
