This organisation's strategy is
- to identify high ability children and youngsters on a broad level., i.e. junior school teachers suggest children who might be identified highly able with the help of observation lists. By psychological tests the potential of those children is testified.
- To take high potential children into programs (pull-out-courses, enrichment programs, summer academies …) and are supported in school by specialists in gifted education
- To support youngsters in carreer planning and getting into contact with research institutions and experts in different domains by a team of well-trained coaches and mentors
- To offer workshops and material for teachers in order to help them understand the needs of gifted children
- To work together with the “Austrian Research and Support Centre for the Gifted and Talented for resarch projects
- To take part in EU programs focusing on giftred education
