Coaching individual gifted students in secondary education (10-18 years old) who encounter difficulties at school. Subjects we often talk about are motivation, learning skills and social emotional topics.
Group courses for gifted students in secondary education. In these courses we offer enrichment projects and personal coaching and learning skills. We cooperate with schools, the city of Leiden, the university of Leiden. We work with real problems, supplied by companies and institutions in our city.
We have developed enrichment projects that are used on several schools. The projects are based on Renzulli’s theory and research.
Teacher training: introduction on giftedness/gifted education; compacting & enriching your curriculum; learning skills; coaching the gifted.
Management consultant: developing a mission statement for gifted education and advising on ways to implement gifted education.
We have published the learning skills game: a game that helps students find the skills they are good at and the ones they want to improve. There is an English version of this game.
