The North-Backa Talent Point gained its outstanding status in 2010. Since 1996, within the scope of the Association of Pedagogues of North-Backa, the Coffman Judit School for Talented Students works with the aim to propagate natural sciences, in particular Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, in elementary schools. It organizes its lectures at weekends for all those pupils who are interested in those fields of science and are already selected by their teachers and schools. These children commonly take part and quite often do very well in various science competitions and the experience shows that many of them choose this career when they have to decide how to continue their studies.
